Hello everyone,
Wish you all a very Happy Diwali!! Diwali is most auspicious festival in India and to celebrate this and share the joy we crafty friends decided to come up with a Diwali Blog Hop.
let's have look at my card
I used Craftyscrappers flourish stencil and Craftyscrappers inks for the background. I used diya image from Blasting Deepawali stamp by cratyscrappers and gold ambossed it on red cardstock then i fusssy cut the diya and adhered it on vellum and then on the colorful background.lastly, added sentiment from same stampset.
As we celebrate this festival with utmost joy, surrounded by our families, it would really be ungrateful if we miss to remember all those Real-life heroes who make it possible for us to enjoy all this securely and fearlessly, in our homes. As a token of our gratitude and to acknowledge their sacrifice for us, we sent out handmade cards to a few Army units all over our country, as a part of this hop. A small effort from our side to convey that they are in our thoughts and prayers.
This was made possible by our teammie Ishani Sai, who herself is a part of the Indian Air Force family.
